This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Fantastisk hyggeligt sommerhus med plads til leg og afslapning beliggende mellem Rågeleje og Gilleleje midt i skøn natur. Med kun 10 minutters gang til stranden kan man hurtigt få sig et kølende dyp i havet. Turen til stranden går gennem det smukke naturområde “AP Møller grunden”, der om sommeren er det perfekte sted til en picnic. Sommerhuset emmer af hygge - både ude og inde. Og på de regnfyldte dage, kan sommeraftenerne stadig nydes ude, under den skønne overdækkede terrasse.

Huset ligger nærmest direkte til vandet, på blind vej uden stejle skrænter. Bedre beliggenhed er svær at finde. Sommerhuset blev bygget for 15 år siden, og har 3 dejlige soveværelser med udsigt til havet, en skønt køkken-alrum, også med udsigt til havet. Et stort badeværelse, et ekstra toilet, og en udendørs bruser. Huset rummer desuden et bryggers og en rummelig gårdhave, hvor man kan sidde i læ de dage hvor det blæser. The old "Stald" is situated in a scenic location and close to Gilleleje town and lovely sandy beaches. The stable is an atmospheric rustic holiday home with plastered walls and "New Yorker" floors. The bedroom with the old stable door, family room with wood-burning stove, kitchen and toilet and bath with underfloor heating form the framework for a different and lovely holiday home. Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.
