This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Take an interlude at our lakefront log cabin nestled at the edge of NH's White Mountains. Our gorgeous cabin has all the amenities of home and amazing views. Guests can enjoy a double kayak and paddleboat, lakefront "island" firepit, grill, and outdoor games. Inside is a cozy wood stove and board games. Blue Loon Cabin is located in Mountain Lakes, a four-season recreational community with beaches and sledding hill. 25 min to Lost River Gorge/Ice Castles. 30 mins to Cannon and Loon Mountains.

Set in a lovely 3 acre garden setting, our Airbnb is 1/4 mile from the lake and 23 minutes from Dartmouth College or the Ski-way. This private, comfortable apartment is built onto our house with its own entrance, hardwood floors, radiant heat, large windows, full kitchen and bath, & gorgeous garden views. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

There are ice castles, swimming, kayaking, hiking, skiing and snowboarding all within a 30 minute drive. There are trails at the end of our road that are also great for nature hikes .

Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. All well behaved pups are welcome.
