You have privacy and space to wander and are still just 15 minutes to town, 10 minutes to Lake Santeetlah, and 1 mile off the Cherohala Skyway. A Bothy is a Scottish term for a small simple farm building that travelers can shelter in. The cabin and land are a perfect place to relax in the Appalachian mountains.

It’s a short drive to the the Smoky Mountains, Cherohala Skyway, Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Tail of the Dragon. The house is located 3 miles from the Appalachian Trail. WE NOW HAVE WIFI!!! No RVs allowed.
