Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

The Kaleidoscope

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Nestled close to Historic Hillsborough, your front door opens up to a forest with a trail running down to a creek. This newly renovated schoolbus conversion features two skylights looking up into the trees, making it feel open and bright, despite being a small space. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and cutlery as well as fridges and microwave so you can prepare what you need. A shower and composting toilet installed inside.

Guest Room at Tiny House Community on 30 acres

Private 1 bed/1 bath guest room conveniently located 10 minutes from Graham, Saxapahaw & Mebane & 30 minutes from Greensboro, Durham & Chapel Hill. Situated at Cranmore Meadows Tiny House Community, guests will also have access to a community kitchen & washer/dryer close by. Enjoy nature on our large deck with ample patio furniture and a jacuzzi. Our 30 acre property has trails through the meadows, a pond, and creek and is a perfect view into tiny living! Stylish 1920s historic home one and a half blocks from the adorable downtown Graham. Short walk to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and minutes from Elon University, Labcorp and Tanger Outlets. Our home is a great central location situated between Chapel Hill and Greensboro and minutes from hiking and kayaking locations on the Haw River. Plush linens, mattresses, and stocked with amazing bath soaps. This is the perfect location for exploring North Carolina’s Piedmont region!

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

This 1200 sq ft 2 bed, 1 bath apartment sits above the 114 N. Main Street retail space right in beautiful historic downtown Graham. The newly renovated apartment comes complete with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Tall windows allow natural light to flood the living room and kitchen, accentuating the open floor plan. The modern decor has a quaint vintage twist. It is also right off highways I-40/I-85. Price includes at one time $35 housekeeping fee.
