Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

We're just a short drive from wineries, markets, golf courses and beaches on the southern shores of Lake Huron (accessible loading dock to the Ausable River located on our street) This amazing one-floor home will not disappoint with its modern finishes and large lot backing onto farmland. Cozy up on our back patio deck while soaking in the tranquil, pink sky sunsets. Location offers lots of privacy.

Come visit the beautiful historic town of Bayfield and stay in our very chic family friendly cottage by the lake, affectionally known as the Sugar Shack. Just a one-min walk to the beach and a short stroll or bike ride to the village square where you can enjoy local shops and restaurants. Cozy up and enjoy family time with some arcade games & vinyl, BBQ on the patio, relax in the plug and play hot tub, watch the kids play on the playset or light the campfire and enjoy the starry nights.

Our property is double wide with panoramic Lake View. Access to the beach via a new public stair case 7 cottages down. No direct access from our property. We do not have neighbours either side. We are located in a friendly quaint community. A good mix of seasonal cottages and full time residence. The panoramic view is seen from two of the 3 bedrooms. Imagine waking up and from the comfort of your bed enjoying the sights and sounds of the endless lake horizon. Please be our guest!
