La Case est située dans une résidence sécurisée. Vous arriverez dans un logement calme, lumineux, élégant avec une vue mer qui vous charmera et une jolie terrasse pour profiter du coucher de soleil. Situé dans le coeur d’Anse Marcel avec un accès direct à la plage, le studio est à quelques pas des commerces, des restaurants de la marina tout en restant à proximité de Grand Case, la Baie Orientale et ses alentours. Une petite balade s’impose sur notre petite île, au plaisir de vous recevoir🏝️.

This property is right on the beach, walking distance to all restaurants, shops and bakery. You can't beat the location of it. The bungalow is very simple, rustic, bohemian style, yet full of charm. The outdoor terrace is wide with multiple seating areas This is where you will spend your time. The bedroom has a comfy mattress and cold AC. It is best suitable for people who enjoy nature, simplicity and love to wake up to the sound of the ocean. No TV but we recently installed high speed wifi!

We welcome you to our third apartment, located on the first floor (and only floor). Keep it simple at this beautiful and perfectly located place. With the beach being a few steps away and tons of restaurants right on the boulevard to pick from this studio is in a perfect location. Enjoy a day at the beach. We have carefully decorated the space, making sure our guests are happy and comfortable. when you Rent a car with us airport pick up is included! visit St.martin and enjoy your stay 🌴🙂
