Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Located on Grand Haven's main shopping and dining corridor, this unique, beautifully updated 1890s Victorian is within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer including the beach, musical fountain, waterfront stadium, dining and more. Located downtown Grand Haven, this home has 3 condos within it. Each has its own outdoor area, entrance and parking. You can easily walk to the channel's waterfront (where the Musical Fountain takes place nightly), boardwalk, restaurants, bars, stores, museums, farmer's market and playground. The GH State Park is about 1.5 miles away. The Maxwell is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This unit has a private outdoor area with table/chairs and Weber grill.
