You are only a mile from Lake Michigan and Pere Marquette Beach (SUNSETS) and 3.5 miles from beautiful downtown where you will find great spots to explore from restaurants, to the Art Museum, shops and brewerys

Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Located on Grand Haven's main shopping and dining corridor, this unique, beautifully updated 1890s Victorian is within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer including the beach, musical fountain, waterfront stadium, dining and more. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

You can go to the beach, shop, hike nature preserves, or just relax at home in the cottage. For shopping & dining, picturesque downtown Holland is just a 4.8 mile drive.
