Situated near Mooney Bay Marina with a private beach, this quiet, off the main road location with its beautiful sunrises will keep you coming back year after year. This furnished camp sleeps 6 comfortably. Private beach, hiking trails, marina, and cafe are all within walking distance. There is dock space for your boat/jetski. Anglers welcome!

Tots Cabin

A four-bedroom century old cabin that was completely rebuilt in 2011 with every modern convenience and 200mbps wifi; located in a private cove on Lake Champlain.. The house has four bedrooms (2Q, 1F, 2T) and two bathrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen & has twin french doors open to our oversized screen porch with epic water views. The property has a private sandy beach with great deep water swimming - access in shallows is clay and silt bottom however.
