Air condition/heat (via 2-mini splits) and propane fireplace. 3 BR (2 kings, 1 queen) plus bunk room. Sleeps 12 total. Handicap accessible including a ramp from parking area house to house. Walking distance to gas station, convenience stores and restaurants.
