Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Grand Isle is great for biking, fishing, berry and apple picking. Less than 35 minutes to Burlington, Vt. Approximately 35 minutes to the Canadian border. Montreal is ~85 minute drive away. Many local attractions all year long. This is NOT a lakefront property. The lake is 1 mile to the West and 2.5 miles to the East.

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Step out of the daily grind for awhile and come stay in this cozy South Hero cottage on the lake. You'll have access to three kayaks and a canoe, as well as lovely lake views - the perfect setting for you and your guests to enjoy a stress-free getaway in nature. Located at the end of a narrow dead-end driveway right on Keeler Bay in South Hero, this home allows you to enjoy the quiet sanctuary of lake life with only a little over two miles between you and in-town convenience.
