A private separate entrance with plenty of parking. 7 miles to Grand Junction, and 2 miles to Palisade. Close to bike path. Upstairs apartment has two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), 1 bathroom, full Kitchen, Living room with a pull out queen sofa, pack & play portable crib, & Laundry room w/ washer and dryer. This is an open concept apartment with Barn style doors for the bedrooms.

Enjoy the classic charm as well as modern conveniences steps from Downtown! In the evening unwind, BBQ on the gas grill and warm up with the backyard firepit underneath the gazebo. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer/dryer in your unit. Please note that this is a main floor apartment with a 1 bed unit above and a 1 bed below. Extra insulation and extra thick carpet padding has been added for sound mitigation in the sleeping areas. Outside area is shared with the two apt.
