Our apartment is located minutes from downtown shopping, dining, the Convention Center, Colorado Mesa University, the Colorado National Monument, nearby wine country, and other recreational opportunities. LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 50 (we run parallel to/Interstate-70, 15 minutes from any exits), within a secured, gated 3/4 fenced property, 7 min. to downtown Grand Junction. Two queen beds, couch w/recliners, futon, large reclining chair, E-Z Up portable self rise queen bed, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, nice towels, ample parking. 55" Smart tv, Roku in bedrooms. Centrally located, a short walk to downtown dining and shopping! Old world charm blended with stylish updates feel warm and inviting. French doors from the front porch invite you into a light and bright, yet cozy and intimate space. The kitchen is filled with natural light and has everything you need to prepare your meals. The breakfast nook is cozy and a great place for morning coffee . A mud room leads out back to the BBQ and a sweet spot to enjoy an evening fire around the chiminea.

Experience the feel of staying in Old Mexico while being footsteps to downtown Grand Junction. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear footsteps/people above. A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

This stylish place is perfect! Peaceful, spacious, family & pet friendly. Nestled in a quiet little mtn town, the gateway to Grand Mesa with a wild horse herd in its "backyard", near Powderhorn skiing, world class bike trails and wine tasting. The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets.
