The Grand Getaway

My spacious, private and clean duplex has everything you'll need plus extras! Close to downtown, hiking and biking. Access to the entire unit #1 without any interruptions. No shared spaces, own private laundry room, private front entrance, private fenced backyard with an entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with air popper popcorn maker, (popcorn provided), air fryer, cold frosted mugs, keerig coffee maker and regular coffee maker and a yoga mat. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the the covered front porch.

Good Latitute: Modern, comfy, centrally-located condo near St. Mary's Hospital and CMU. Trail rides minutes away and enclosed, secure bike parking availble. Easily accessible with single-level entry and dedicated, covered parking right by your front door. We love the location of this place as it is right in the middle of Grand Junction and an easy drive to Wine Country in Palisade or biking in Fruita (there is great biking closer too). Adorable courtyard with water feature and Weber grill.
