Patio Pool Home - Views of CO National Monument

Peaceful private space with beautiful sunsets, views of the CO National Monument and the occasional visit from deer, rabbits, and wild turkeys. Conveniently located between Fruita and Grand Junction just above the CO River. Our high desert weather makes a visit perfect in any season. A few activities to consider include skiing, mountain biking, viewing fall colors, several golf courses, many hiking trails, CO National Monument and river, JUCO, art galleries, and tours of our local vineyards.

You get to park in the driveway and the lockbox is by the big backyard door and opens this and your door

Note: This space is in the basement of a beautiful historic downtown home and has its own private entry and private outdoor space with BBQ. It is filled with natural light and is inviting and welcoming.

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

Nova House~Private & Cozy King Bed Suite Downtown

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest suite in the quiet and historic Emerson Park Neighborhood. This attached guest suite offers a private entrance with a keypad lock for contactless check in. Its an easy walk to historic main street, and a quick bike ride away to the Riverfront trail and Las Colonias. Mountain Biking Retreat

My partner and I absolutely love Grand Junction and cannot wait for visitors to enjoy it as well! You will have access to the room through a private entrance around the back of the house. You will have to go down either the stairs or an unpaved hill beside the stairs, so we do not recommend booking this room if you have accessibility needs. Great location: -1 mile from Two Rivers Winery -3.3 miles from Lunch Loop Trailhead -Quiet home with great views of Monument National Park

Luxury finishes; AC, granite counters in large stocked kitchen, big bathroom with walk in tile/glass shower & heated floors, walk-in closet, high-end appliances (gas stove/oven, fridge w/ice maker), washer/dryer. Private outside area. WiFi. Smart TV. New queen bed w/couch for additional guest (ie. a child). Pet friendly with additional fee (for cleaning).

Deer View Cottage

What sets us apart: We are located in a private, wooded neighborhood in the center of town on .6 of an acre. This quaint and charming cottage is fresh, clean, and super cozy. There is a private patio and section of our large yard that is for our guests and animals enjoyment. Wildlife frequents the property including deer and ducks. Guests tell us that we are in the center of it all but it is very quiet and peaceful. We allow smoking on the patio only, not inside the cottage.
