It was originally built for the owners' parents and is universally accessible including extra wide doors, fully accessible kitchen and roll-in shower.

There are two City Parks, an outdoor historical roller skating rink & 2 Rest/Bars.

Come sleep under the stars in this cozy galaxy bell tent. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable King bed and stay comfortable with an air conditioner and heater. There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Nestled in the middle of Coon Rapids, Iowa you will be minutes from everything you need - grocery, shopping, golf, aquatic center, local restaurants and all that Whiterock Conservancy has to offer including trails of all kinds - running, biking, horseback riding and more. Pets are not allowed on property.

Cabin Cove By the River

Take a step back in time when you enter our little log cabin by the river. Built in 1949, this cabin is a replica of the log cabins built by the gold seekers of Alaska. Though modern in most aspects we have retained the native charm of unfinished wood, rough, hand-hewn logs and naked beams. The inspiration for the cabin was found by my great grandfather who spent time in Alaska working on the Alcan highway.
