Our cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath home is a warm, welcoming space that can be customized to meet your needs! We are less than a mile from favorite attractions including Easttown, Michigan St., Cherry St, and Fulton Farmers Market. We are also less than a mile from most of the major healthcare systems and just over a mile from downtown. This listing comes fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay, but please share any specific requests you may have. Pet friendly and kid friendly!

The perfect place to escape to nature and serenity as you relax in front of the wood stove in our cozy cottage! under 3 minutes from Saugatuck Dunes State park, which leads to Lake Michigan (a 5 minute bike ride). 5 minutes from Downtown Saugatuck and all kinds of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment! 10-15 minutes from Holland for enjoying annual festivals such as Tulip Time or Girlfriends' weekend Downtown! Come get cozy and reset away from the hustle and bustle!

The perfect place to rest and relax. The cabin is tucked back by the woods, next to a bubbling creeks, with a view of the cows grazing in the pasture. We are conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Grand rapids, 5 miles from Grandvalley State university and 30 miles from the lake Michigan shoreline. There are many places to shop, restaurants, breweries, and parks within a 5- 15 minute drive. So close to town but it feels so remote. Come check out our farm store full of local goodness!

You’ll love my place because of It's proximity to fine dining, entertainment, convention center, Spectrum Health, Van Andel Arena, and Frederick Meijer Gardens. It offers a quaint feel with outdoor space and privacy. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! Please note we do have a rental agreement to sign. This is to ensure a wonderful stay for you as our delighted guest and for others that come after you!

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

ROLL INN Downtown Grand Rapids

The Roll Inn is a very unique home. Having been built in 1870 it was built 44 years after Grand Rapids was founded. The home was originally a barn but was converted to a house in 1863 after the cathedral of St Mary’s was built . The house is located downtown and is in an area that currently is developing . One street over is bridge street . Bridge is a designated entertainment area with many new restaurants and brewery. Come check it out !!!!

This cozy, 320 square foot primitive A-Frame cabin provides year-round accommodation for up to four people, sleeping on a Full XL mattress in the loft and two XXL camping cots with mattresses. Rocking chairs face a tiny wood stove, stocked with wood from the property. The well-insulated cabin stays warm through the deepest of Michigan winters.
