No exhaustive checkout instructions. The cleaning crew will do dishes, strip sheets, etc. That’s what the cleaning fee covers! Very large lot for playing yard games. Located in Buchanan’s, marina close by, plus lots of other local amenities. Bring your kayak or paddle boards, the water is just steps away. There is local KOA campground close by and able to pay to swim there or just hop in the lake. Land Between the Lakes is about a 20-minute drive where you can go and watch the local buffalo roam. Hang out and have a blast!!!

Gated Country Retreat with Lakeview

This rustic lakeside home boasts 3 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower or soak in the jetted whirlpool tub. We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.
