Explore beautiful walks on the doorstep or take a 2 min stroll up to the Amaravati Buddhist monastery for meditation. The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

The Cobbles

Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

The Old Music Studio - retreat with tennis court

A stay in our former music studio is an immersion in nature. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

The Lodge, Entire Place, Brand New, EV Charger

Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area (cold breakfast tray included). The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants.

Private and characterful barn conversion

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

'The Stables' Garden Annexe

Converted stables, set within a private garden, and situated in a very quiet, pretty hamlet. Perfect location for Addington Equestrian Centre (walking distance), Silverstone Race Circuit, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House and Bletchley Park. Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.

With Highland Cows as our neighbours, foxes, pheasants (and the occasional duck!) as our regular guests and ducks, geese and swans gracing our great lakeside view.

This lovely self-contained annexe makes a cosy home-from-home for the business traveller, or a great place for a weekend escape. We are well placed for businesses in Daventry, Banbury and Brackley, as well as all the attractions of Silverstone, Oxford, Bicester Village and Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon. I can provide breakfast (and other meals) by arrangement.
