This property is a brand new, modern and unobstructed waterfront beach house built directly on the dunes of Parlee Beach. This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Perfect year-round gateway for a couple or family. Walking distance to a quiet beach with a Gazebo and an acre of land. Fire pit Beach day necessities for all ages Shower only Smart TV's in all rooms Mini Split/AC on main level, the 2nd floor can get warm in the summer, there are fans. Technically sleeps 5 with an ideal mix of adults and children(couch or air mattress for the 5th). 4/5 adults would be too much. Minimum night requirement. This oceanfront cottage offers retreats with DIRECT view of the Northumberland Strait & Cocagne Island, close to area attractions! No matter the weather, this view makes it better! Recharge sleeping with the the sounds of the ocean by night, spy on our resident blue heron at the waters edge & geese riding the tides by day. Right along the Acadian Coastal Drive. We accept bookings from May til end of October each year.

Relax in the SAUNA and enjoy a soothing soak in the HOT TUB at this stunning WATERFRONT retreat! Stroll on the BEACH, and be charmed by the gorgeous nature that surrounds you! Inside, enjoy a JACUZZI TUB, full kitchen, open concept living, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a Murphy Bed. For couples, friends or family - relax, play, retreat! :) In the SUMMER the capacity goes up to 12, with a 3rd BEDROOM & GAMEROOM! The summer also has BBQ & DINING, a big BACKYARD with FIRE PIT and a PEDAL BOAT too!

Relax in this cheerful cottage just a minute walk to the beach and walking trails. A double-lot with a firepit and deck allows for backyard games, evening fires, and relaxing in the hot tub. This cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a spare bedroom with double bed and a hide-a-bed for extra guests. Situated in the heart of the town, you will have quick access to a local grocery store and park (2km), 2-18 hole golf courses (6km), Shediac, Parlee beach and restaurants (11km).

(Français en bas) Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a 4 season private oasis. You can enjoy the stars on a clear night sky around the fire pit or in the comforting warmth of the spa. The large deck offers plenty of space for your workout session or your grilling skills! The gazebo is a great place to sip your morning coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to a tranquil beach and conveniently located near the beaches of Parlee (Shediac) and Aboiteau (Cap-Pelé).

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Stunning home with beautiful view of the ocean located near top tourist destinations! Enjoy this 4 bedroom home plus den, that offers 3 queen beds, a double, a twin bed and a twin day bed with trundle. Having an upper and lower level deck with a view of the ocean is a truly remarkable feature. 10 minutes to Parlee Beach in Shediac. 5 minutes to L'aboiteau Beach in Cap-Pele. Delicious food truck within walking distance Gas/Grocery/Alcohol 2-minute drive.

2 By the Sea - Dock Look Out

Winter beauty, you can snowshoe across to the island once it freezes over or go ice fishing! Beautiful sunrises, lots of trails nearby for cross country skiing or ATVing if that's your thing. The woodpile is stocked for winter bonfires. Great locations for day trips to the Bay of Fundy, just 30 minutes to Moncton. I live in the loft upstairs, you have a fully private apartment. Just bring your food and personal items and enjoy the Acadian Coastline.
