This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

For couples, friends or family - relax, play, retreat! :) In the SUMMER the capacity goes up to 12, with a 3rd BEDROOM & GAMEROOM! Perfect for summer vacations, weekend getaways, special occasions, snowmobiling or cycling excursions. Experience privacy & tranquility while still enjoying comfort & being close to many destinations.

Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

The woodpile is stocked for winter bonfires. Great locations for day trips to the Bay of Fundy, just 30 minutes to Moncton. I live in the loft upstairs, you have a fully private apartment. Just bring your food and personal items and enjoy the Acadian Coastline.
