Also only a ten minute walk to the centre of Aviemore & it's local amenities, The village centre connects further trails up to The Cairngorm Mountain ski resort & all the wonderful lochs, hills & wildlife which surround it.

"Our newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment (1st floor) has all the convenience of home and the comforts of a luxury suite, for a perfect stay. Comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV, fully decked dining space (mircowave/fridge - no cooker), separate bedroom, double bed with a view and separate toilet shower room. Free Wifi and parking. Stroll to a choice of restaurants and bars, just 15min walk into the village. Comfortable and convenient to all the offerings of Aviemore and the Cairngorms.

A little over a mile from the busy main street of Aviemore, The Birdhouse is a cosy little home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with free off street parking and front and back garden. Using the local orbital pathway, it is approximately, a 20min walk to the main street. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Indoors you can enjoy the stove set in an open plan living area. Please note I live next door and on hand to help if you need; whilst leaving you in peace to enjoy your trip at the same time.

The property has gas central heating/log burner/SmartTV Netflix/wifi.   Sleeps 6 guests ( up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children) in 3 bedrooms ( King has Smart TV, Netflix & en suite) NB : while the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds these are “Trundle” style

Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
