Welcome to The Long Branch 1905 - a piece of Llano County history. Guests will enjoy 10.5 lush acres with views of Packsaddle Mountain. The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the additional large patio and fire pit. Pets are welcome at your own risk. We have natural wildlife and our donkeys on the property. Keep them leashed at all times. Hope to host ya!

This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

The Ranch Guest House is a private adobe home positioned on a working ranch in the beautiful Texas hill country. Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. Welcome to our one bedroom condominium located on the shoreline of Lake LBJ. There is a boat launch very close by and a day dock for your convenience. The property offers a sand beach with lake access for all your water activities. In addition, there are 2 refreshing pools onsite. The property offers multiple activities including volleyball court, tennis court, horseshoe pits, shuffle board, Chess, playground, BBQ grills and a fire pit to relax and enjoy S'mores at the end of the day.

Rustler's Crossing

Our Rustler's Crossing Cabin is nestled in the woods amongst large oak trees. If your looking for a very private secluded stay, this is for you! Parking is 130 feet from cabin. Plenty of room to park your trailers if you are mountain biking or boating. You can enjoy the porch all night if you like howling at the moon and stars. Enjoy the goats, Don Juan is the main man, Pedro is the chief rabbit. Cabin is equipped with full size refrigerator, large country sink and a two burner stove.

The Packsaddle

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

Hammock House

The Hammock House (HH) is a quiet space to just get away, relax, focus and realign. Designed for two away from the busyness of life. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.
