Places close by-Goosepond, Cathedral Caverns, Cavern Cove shooting range, G'ville St. Park, zip-lines. 8x40 covered deck, patio w/firepit, gas & charcoal grills, corn hole, darts, two hot tubs, five kayaks, one canoe w/gear, and a trailer. Miles from Oneonta, Albertville and State Parks. New construction completed in July 2024 to provide an AirBnB to those who love peace and pastoral settings. This dog friendly space features 1.5 acres of fenced pasture for your pet as well as a beautiful view of the pond, located on the other 37 acres of the working farm. You can walk a short distance to feed the goats, sheep, ducks and pigs in residence on the property.

Honeycomb Lake-Front Cabin; Fisherman's Paradise

The lake side at Honeycomb Valley is one of the most peaceful places you will find. Watch the sun come up over the mountain, enjoy the birds, take a paddle in the kayaks/paddle boat or float around in the lake on several provided floats. There is a huge yard for running and playing. Games for outdoors and in. Plenty room to park/recharge the boat in the yard and park it at the dock for that early morning tournament.

The Legacy Suite

Enjoy a modern in‑law suite in South Huntsville. The suite occupies the entire basement floor with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance. My family lives on the main floor. The space is cozy, comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment—great for work or relaxation. We have two friendly dogs upstairs who do not access the suite, but if you fear dogs, this may not be the best fit.

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
