Nestled along the Mississinewa River near James Dean's hometown, Taylor Univ and Indiana Wesleyan Univ, we were originally named Harrisburg, until the natural gas boom of the 1800s. The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Visit the Gas City museum at 210 South A St opened 1-4 sat&sun, relax at Beaner Linn Park 701 S Broadway or visit one of our shops. Birky's Bunkhouse

Birky's Bunkhouse is 1/4 of a pole barn that has been converted into a very unique space with 2 sleeping lofts that allow you the option of stairs or ladder. Ground & 3rd floor bedrooms with queen beds and canopys Sleeping loft above kitchen you are unable to stand and has a ladder for access. The other loft has stairs able to stand partially erect. So be prepared to dust off your boots and put up your feet and relax in this comfy quarter's we call Birky's Bunkouse...in honor of former owner

The living room has electric fireplace, (ambiance only) to unwind. Kitchen is fully equipped with dining room adjacent. 2 bedrooms have full-size beds and master features queen-sized bed. A garage provides easy parking, and the home uses treated well water with a softener. This cozy getaway has all you need for a memorable stay.

This home is located in the heart of Indiana with lots to explore. Learn about the city’s history at the downtown museum located within the city library. Visit the James Dean Gallery, Quilter’s Hall of Fame, or the Historic Hostess House. Walk through beautiful Matter Park Gardens, take an adventure on the Cardinal Greenway Trail (bikes welcomed), or go on a scavenger hunt for the 14 Garfield Statues. There is plenty of fun available nearby!

This home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, with a funky finished upstairs nook with two twin beds. Amenities Include: - Roku Smart TV - WIFI - Coffee - Washer & Dryer - Bluetooth speaker We live nearby, so please feel free to reach out if you need us.

Caitlin’s Cottage

Enjoy this cozy cottage in North Marion, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to Indiana Wesleyan University about 10 minutes away. Guests have access to the full house with an open floor plan and comfortable living space.
