Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne und WC, einem großen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essbereich und Sitzmöglichkeiten vor einem gemütlichen Kaminofen. Die ca. 42 qm große Wohnung in ruhiger, doch zentraler Lage verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Essecke, abgetrenntem Schlafbereich, Kochnische, Dusche/WC und großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Berge. Sie werden sich sicher vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt beim Haus ist vorhanden. (Bettwäsche und Toilettenwäsche ist bitte separat selbst mitzunehmen)

The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
