Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

L'appartamento ristrutturato di recente conserva tutta l'atmosfera del passato. E' in una posizione tranquilla, offre la massima privacy. Ha un grande parcheggio privato e un bellissimo giardino con un platano plurisecolare. Si può raggiungere il centro del paese, i vari ristoranti, bar e la spiaggia, a piedi in 15 minuti. Da ogni angolo della casa, da ogni sua finestra hai una meravigliosa vista sulle montagne e sul lago con mille sfumature di colori e luci che cambiano in continuazione

Il nostro grazioso appartamento di recente ristrutturazione si trova al primo piano e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. E' dotato di una cucina moderna ben attrezzata, due camere da letto matrimoniali (+ divano letto in soggiorno), balconcino vista lago e bagno. La posizione ottimale, a pochi passi dal centro storico, consente di vivere a pieno la magica atmosfera del luogo. Cosa aspetti? Noi non vediamo l'ora di accoglierti!
