Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). Hear the birds singing from the sanctuary next door and the bubbling backyard fountain surrounded by beautiful flowers as you relax in this unique rustic/industrial/eclectic space with gorgeous bay sunset views and a private front row seat to fireworks over the bay. This is our happy place, and we are glad to share it with you during the months we are not enjoying it.
