Tree Space is a tranquil haven tucked beneath majestic beech trees where peace and nature co-exist in harmony. The moment you arrive, there’s a sense of release—a chance to exhale deeply and step away from the pace of daily life. Surrounded by natural beauty, Tree Space offers an atmosphere of gentle sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you. It is a low impact log cabin inspired by African lodges- cosy and snug in winter and light and bright in summer.

The Hay Barn - luxury country cottage nr Haslemere

The Hay Barn is a beautiful one bedroom converted barn in its own private gated grounds situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located next to the village cricket ground, pub and church and a five minute drive to Haslemere with its mainline train station, supermarket, independent shops and coffee shops. Fifteen minute drive to Petworth Park, with it's stately home and deer park and 10 minutes to Cowdray Park, with regular polo during the summer months, farm shop and stunning walks.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

You come here to slow down together. You wake to birdsong & woodland views. Curl up in the evening watching badgers emerge from the nearby sett or live on cctv from the comfort of the sofa. Step straight out into the beautiful Surrey Hills for quiet paths, open fields and woodland trails that you and your dog will love. You leave relaxed, restored and already planning your return.

Trout Hut

Please come and share this romantic and totally secluded setting by the lake. You will be surrounded by wildlife! The town with its shops, restaurants and coffee shops are only 10 minutes walk away. You should be able to get 4G but there is little network and no house WiFi. This is really suitable for those that want a true ‘get away’!! The walking access down to the hut from the parking area is across grass and a little steep so please bear this in mind when thinking about booking.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Lovely self contained, super clean one bedroomed annex with its own entrance and small outside space with table and chair in a beautiful garden. Welcome breakfast pack. A car is essential. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to restaurants, towns and villages by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. Lovely cross country walks from the property and close to the Greensand Way and Devils Punchbowl. An hourly bus service operates Monday to Saturday at the end of our lane.

The Milk Store

A grade 2 listed former Milk Store located in the centre of the historic town of Haslemere, with excellent South Downs walks on it's doorstep. The Milk Store has recently been carefully & stylishly restored to accommodate upto 4 people & has a beautiful, private, walled courtyard with outdoor seating & bbq Just 150 metres from Haslemere's fantastic high street, with excellent cafes, pubs & boutiques, whilst also being in a very private location & metres from National Trust walks.

Prestwick Byre is one mile from Chiddingfold, close to Guildford, Godalming and Haslemere, but still within 45 minutes of London or the South Coast. We are sure you will love it because of its quiet rural setting yet very close to all modern amenities. Our motto is `Four Star Quality with Farmhouse Hospitality' with friendly sheep, goats and chickens nearby. Your length of stay can be from 7 days to many months but bookings only start and finish on Saturdays as per our House Rules.
