Settlers Cottage - part of York Cottages

Settlers Cottage has the appearance of an old farm shed on the outside, but inside you will find a quaint, quirky country cottage. Designed with families in mind, Settlers offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with both a queen and single bunk beds. Suitable for children and adults together. Pets are very welcome; however, Settlers does not have an enclosed yard, so guests are asked to watch their dogs carefully, and to place them on a lead when other guests are around.

The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. We are a Pet Friendly retreat, with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. Sea Breeze chalet is situated across the road from beautiful Wilson Inlet and a 2 minute walk to Ocean Beach. Set on 2 acres of lush green lawn we have 5 chalets spaced out to ensure privacy. It is a quiet and peaceful space with lots of birdlife and regular visits from the many kangaroos who like to graze on the grass. Our chalets make a great base to get out and explore the region and ensure comfort and a great space to relax when you get home from a day out.
