Self contained flat in idyllic country setting.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Studio in quiet countryside setting

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Situated in a delightful countryside setting between Stamford and Grantham.

The Stable

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)

The Garden Rooms

A comfortable and very generous 734 sq ft suite of rooms. Close to the Al (Boundary Mill, Arena UK exit) making it perfect for breaking a long journey whilst also being equipped for mini breaks and holidays. Semi-rural setting on the edge of a village. Private off-road parking with your own access point to the rooms via our adjacent field. Post office, shop and pub (10 mins walk) Footpath from the property through fields and woods as far as Belton, Syston and beyond.

The Writer's Studio

Built as a writer's retreat, the Writer's Studio, sits in the grounds of a Georgian townhouse, in the heart of a traditional English village. Lovely one bedroom apartment with amazing views

Unwind in our beautiful village in this lovely well appointed apartment with fabulous views. Close to the Vale of Belvoir with its miles of foot/cycle paths and Belvoir Castle with it shopping complex and a number of places to eat. Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

This 19th century converted barn offers spacious and cosy accomodation and is situated next to the renowned award winning Olive Branch restaurant and is a quick 15 minute drive to central Stamford and Burghley House. Church Barn is a 6 minute drive to the sublime wedding venue of Holywell Hall. Church Barn is an old building with imperfections to be expected. Pets by prior agreement
