The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

High-speed internet keeps you connected, while your private oasis outside features a hot tub, BBQ, and dining area. Perfect for relaxation or a unique retreat surrounded by nature and rescued animals.

The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

Situated on the south side of Harrogate in a beautiful quiet tree lined avenue, ideally positioned for walking to the beautiful Stray and Harrogate's centre, for shopping and restaurants. The famous Spa town of Harrogate is a perfect location for relaxing and exploring beautiful North Yorkshire, the Yorkshire Dales, the Wolds and the east coast, all within easy reach by car or train.

With a private garden, on-site parking, and views over moor and dale, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a log burner (logs provided), well-equipped kitchen, shower/wet room, and upstairs a king bedroom plus a walk-through space with twin bed (single futon chair bed and a single bed). We also allow up to 2 pets.

Crow House Barn is a stunning stand-alone two-bedroom limestone barn conversion set in 10 acres of gardens and fields in the peaceful North Yorkshire countryside with only one other house within half a mile. Ideal for walkers and cyclists and wildlife enthusiasts, this 17th century barn has been completely refurbished to the highest standard to welcome guests. A new kitchen has been fitted (December 2021) complete with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and sink/drainer.

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.
