The ground floor comprises a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. It has two double bedrooms,a cosy double bed in the main room and twin beds in the 2nd. Situated in the village of Hempton it offers peace but is only a 10-minute walk away from the town of Fakenham.

The Workshop, North Norfolk, sleeps 2

The Workshop was originally built on the nearby Sculthorpe Air Base around 1949. It was dismantled, moved and re-erected in its current location during the 1960’s and used for many years as a builders' workshop. Recently renovated, this lovely one bedroom, open plan style home is approx 700 sqft. Simply decorated and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped Kitchen, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedroom: superking bed or twin beds. Smart TV, WiFi, Bathroom: bath with shower overhead.

Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

Situated in a south facing corner of a paddock with its own garden and lovely views' ‘The Waggon’ was completed in 2018, using old and repurposed materials. Stained glass windows and polished hardwood panelling are blended with mod cons, it is full of character. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
