We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

Ideal for a weekend break or longer stay should you wish to explore the Norfolk Broads and several beaches which are only a short distance away. During the winter months why not visit the seals at Horsey. Shepherds Delight looks out on to a westerly direction where you can experience the Norfolk big skies and most beautiful sunsets.

Farmhouse Hut & Hot Tub Barton Turf, Norfolk

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!

Kingfisher Cabin

Beautiful self-contained, spacious, Scandi inspired wood cabin, nestled in the large peaceful garden of a 450 year old cottage. Full amenities to make your get-away as comfortable and cosy as possible. HOT TUB, FIRE-PIT and BBQ included! We are happy to allow children if accompanied by an adult as long as it is understood there is only the one double bed and a cot available on request.

Overlooking farmland in the grounds of our grade 2 listed barn . It has its own Private entrance and spacious private grounds with parking .

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and sunny patio. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available.
