Lovely room in a quiet area very near the Norfolk show ground. Very welcoming host and a drop off and pick up service to the show ground £5 can be arranged. Comes with a private lounge and just across the hall a shower and separate bath, there's also an extra bedroom available for £25 pn for friends. Use of the kitchen is welcome. There is sky TV in the room mini fridge and free WiFi. There is plenty of free parking and a bus service into Norwich only 2 minutes walk away. A small dog stays too.

North Manor Farmhouse is a magnificent 15th century traditional Suffolk Farmhouse dating from 1402. From here you can explore both the coast and the countryside. Nearby on the coast is the RSPB's Minsmere Reserve adjacent to National Trust clifftop land. For beach lovers the seaside town of Southwold is well worth a visit. Other coastal towns and villages include Walberswick, Dunwich, and Aldeburgh. The nearest train station is a couple of miles away, at Halesworth. English Breakfast included.

The nearest sandy beach is only 5 minutes drive, as is a lovely 113 hectare wood and the Norfolk Broads 15 minutes.

Brundall has two Co ops, a few restaurants , coffee shop ,pubs, fish and chips, Chinese and Pizza take away. Norwich , the Broads and coast are quite close by, with frequent buses and trains. A 47 is minutes away. In your spacious double room ,you will find, a sofa, desk, TV and beverage making equipment, ideal for longer stays.

With its own entrance and separate living space I aim to provide guests with a space of their own to relax and enjoy their visit to Norwich. There is a bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower and private lounge. The city is a 10 minute walk away and off road parking means you can leave your car and explore the city at your leisure. A buffet breakfast is provided in the room which benefits from a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

Access via it's own staircase to double bed room with separate private bath shower,and toilet,all on the same landing. The house is old so some floors are un even and there are quite a lot of steps..There is no TV in the room but there is WiFi. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.
