The house is furnished for your comfort, including well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for 10 guests, BBQ, & Wifi. 4 bedrooms sleep 8guests, +sofabed in the loungeroom for 2 extra. There's a cot set up, & a PortaCot is available on request. The area is quiet & peaceful, with lots of local options from nature to adrenaline. A getaway beach holiday overlooking Kananook Creek and across the road from the pristine Seaford Beach. Wake up to a sunrise view from your bed. In summer enjoy a day at the beach or in winter enjoy snuggling up front of the cosy open fire. Explore the walking tracks, wetlands, bird life, cafes, restaurants or take a drive to the Mornington Penninsula to world renown wineries and ocean beaches.

Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Loggia in Leafy Camberwell

The Loggia - a standalone bungalow with ONE bedroom, Queen-sized bed; en-suite bathroom; Kitchen/Living room, large flat-screen TV. Private access via driveway. Walking distance to Train / Tram. Approximately 30 mins to MCG / CBD via Train. About an hour via Tram as stops every few blocks. Safe parking on quiet leafy street. Great Cafes/Restaurants within easy walking distance. Booking includes provision of initial breakfast supplies, shampoo/conditioner; hairdryer; iron/board, etc.

Garden Bungalow with the Possums

A beautiful, calm, quiet space in my garden where the birds sing close to Mentone Bay and Parkdale beach. Long term let very welcome. Parkdale Railway Station on the Frankston line has been upgraded and is fully functional. With foliage it will be perfect! Even the lifts are now working. Super host title refers to any host who has hosted 10 visits per annum. Nothing to do with facilities, care, location or welcome. Simply how many times you have hosted through airbnb!

Our spacious 2-bedroom, self-contained guest suite, located directly behind our house, is a "home away from home." You will have your own private entrance, with a path leading up the side of the house to your front sliding door. The off-street parking is very convenient, and you will find all the comforts you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Knox. This guest suite, with blinds in every room, is in a quiet residential area and parties and gatherings are not permitted.

Bed & Breakfast

Walk to train station, restaurants and shops. 20 mins to Seaford Beach. Easy access to & from the cbd. Large room with queen bed, TV (Stan, Disney +, Netflix) fridge, microwave, air fryer, tea and coffee provided in room. This space has its own private access to and from with a small private courtyard outside the external door. Toast, Cheese, spreads, butter, cereals, juice & milk provided for breakfast. Free on street parking.

Tranquil retreat and apartment in Mount Eliza.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
