Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! St Leonards Bay Views

St Leonards Bay Views is a picturesque sea-side home with unobscured views of they bay, the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne CBD on a clear day. Located 30 minutes from Geelong CBD and 1 hour 45 mins from Melbourne CBD, it is also accessible by Ferry via Sorrento and Queenscliff or the new Portarlington to Docklands Ferry, with Portarlington only a 15 minute drive around the bluff. Our family home is a 50m walk to the beach over the road, and a 1.3km walk along a trail to the town centre.

Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.
