Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Relax and unwind by the heated plunge pool or let the kids play at the lakeside park it's only a few meters away from the front door. My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

The house has a large family room as well as a retreat room in the midst of the bedrooms and a theatre room so plenty of place to relax. Comprising 4 generous sized bedrooms, master with ensuite &walk in robe. Kitchen fully equipped with appliances including toaster, kettle, air-fryer and a large fridge/freezer. Laundry fully equipped with washing machine&dryer. Smart TV with free netflix

Your private deck has outdoor furniture & a gas BBQ. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooktop, airfryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster & coffee machine. We're a 10min walk to the river, cafes and shops & 15mins to the local surf beach. The Bellarine's many wineries, golf courses & dining options are all just a short drive away.

The Vibe: A dog friendly space, surrounded by beautiful established gardens in a quiet riverside cul-de-sac. This much loved home offers hot tub, yoga pagoda and huge outdoor entertaining and play spaces. Hidden away from the bustle of summer tourism you’ll never be short on things to do here -slip on your walking shoes, jump on a bike (10 mid to Main Street) or enjoy a kayak along the Barwon River at end of the road. Native birds and bush trails abound. It’s your ultimate indulgent escape.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

Conwy Cottage

This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.

It is 15 minutes from Geelong and centrally located on the Bellarine Peninsular, close to the Queenscliff ferry, wineries, surf beaches, Adventure Park, and all the other attractions around the peninsular.

Murlali - eco winery cabin, also Carinya,Amarroo

Designed by award winning architect Simone Koch, the cabin is about cooking, eating, drinking wine while being able to open right up to the beautiful Australian bush... The toilet is an outdoor organic system (based on the national park's toilets). Located at the start of the Great Ocean Road, only ten minutes from Torquay or famous Bells Beach. Complementary bottle of pinot from the winery on arrival. Please provide your own fire wood.
