This brand newly refurbished top floor flat is centrally located within minutes of Fulham Broadway tube, giving you versatile access to all of Central London. A bright and airy reception room enjoys a brand new kitchen with convection hob, oven, fridge, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan kitchen/ living room enjoys a bespoke fitted bench seating area. The reception has USB ports for charging your phone (please bring your phone cable) and a newly installed TV with Netflix. The reception rooms opens out onto a south west facing terrace overlooking mature trees that lead to the park. A perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening drink, enabling you to soak up the buzzy atmosphere. Free Wifi is available. The bedroom suite enjoys bespoke fitted wardrobes with hangers and a brand new ensuite shower room with rain shower and feature lighting. Centrally located apartment in quiet area with lift access and convenience store located on the ground floor. Tube station Turnham Green is only 900m away, Acton central 1.1 km and Stamford Brook station exactly 1 km away. You can take bus 272 from the bus stop located just outside the entrance to the building to either Westfield Shopping Centre or Chiswick High Rd with plenty of dining options available. Please request free of charge off site parking if needed with reservation.
