Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

Close to the beach and city, Chichester, Portsmouth, Southhampton, Winchester, Goodwood and Witterings beaches are in easy reach while Liphook station takes you to Waterloo in an hour. Ripsley is a place to get away from it all. Great for cyclists, walkers, couples and families. The pool and tennis court are available from May to end Sept/early Oct, Mon- Sat 9am - 1 pm.

Poet's Cottage is set in a rural setting, located adjacent to a working farm, in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, just to the west of Petersfield. With 3 bedrooms and spacious living space, it is perfectly situated for walking and exploring the South Downs and for day trips to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Winchester, Goodwood motor and horse racing events and the beach at Hayling Island or West Wittering. Up to 2 dogs are very welcome.
