This, 1000 square foot home, only 35' off the Bay of Green Bay, was built in 2018. The setting is picturesque and tranquil. The 1st floor of this 2 story home features a complete kitchen with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware, a dining area, a half bath, and a living room that looks out to the Bay of Green Bay. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms both w/ queen beds. Plus a crib in one. The common space has a queen pullout. Full size bath w/ dbl sinks.

The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and has all the amenities of home! Relax on the deck, take the kayaks for a spin, enjoy a fire indoors or out, or ride our bikes. Play games late into the night. Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.
