The home boasts two (2) master suites- each with private bath, as well as studio above garage (3 bedrooms total). The entire home is furnished with all of the items needed for a true Door County vacation: Firepit/place, bbq, outdoor shower, bocce court, bicycles, and stand up paddle boards! New hot tub! You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

A five minute walk to Donny's Glidden supper club and sandy beach access. Large indoor fireplace. Three bedrooms and a loft for dedicated work space. The property backs onto 1000 acre nature preserve with miles of trails to explore. We designed the space with all natural materials, and high-end amenities.

Enjoy the fall & winter season! Get ready to relax and recharge with family & friends. Winding Down is the perfect place to enjoy the quiet side of DC. We are walking distance from the Nature Preserve & the shores of North Bay. Located in a beautiful cedar forest that provides a needed respite. Plenty of privacy but also a short drive to Ephraim & Sister Bay. There is access to North Bay at the small public boat launch at the end of Winding Lane.
