The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

Only 20 minutes drive from York with good train links, Katherine Cottage is a quiet country getaway with excellent access Yorkshire's greatest sights. Only 5 minutes from the A1, Harrogate, Leeds, North York Moors and Dales are all accessible in under 1 hour.

Located in the Courtyard at Skipbridge Farm , No 3 the Stables is a one bedroomed cottage with a spacious lounge and original wooden beams . The cottage has a flat screen TV and DVD player and has a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower .All the rooms are on one level .There is ample parking in the courtyard for guests. The cottage has Wifi and a wood burning stove. We are approx 20 minutes from the centre of York, and a short drive away we have lovely local pubs that serve great food .

Fig Tree Cottage

Off the main street in the small historic village of Linton-on-Ouse which lies close to the national trust property of Beningborugh Hall and within 30 mins drive of York, Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon. The area provides open countryside which is popular with cyclists and walkers. “Fig Tree Cottage” is a recently completed conversion project finished to a high modern standard providing quality accommodation. There are a couple of pubs and the Lock House Pub serves food and takeaways.

This private annexe at Gowlands Farm House is located just off the A59, 8 miles from York and 14 miles from Harrogate, it makes an ideal base for visiting the nearby towns, cities and countryside that North Yorkshire has to offer. York Park and Ride is located 5 miles away. The North York Moors and Coast, together with the Dales, are accessible as an alternative day out. The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to enjoy.

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.

The Cow Shed,Sandbeck Farm,Wetherby

A beautifully renovated former Cow Shed with a spacious kitchen dining and living room, log burning stove and two bedrooms, en suite and family bathroom. A lovely cosy cottage to retreat to, idea for for visiting Harrogate, York, Knaresborough and Leeds or spending the day at nearby Stockeld Park, Harewood House, Newby Hall, Fountains Abbey or Tropical World and Roundhay Park. Wetherby is a lovely market town set on the picturesque River Wharfe.
