The charming Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle is an excellent choice for families with children or anyone seeking a central yet safe and quiet community. We're right across the street (2 blocks) from the Woodland Park Zoo/playground, and plenty of fantastic, kid-friendly, and top-rated restaurants to choose from. You will find parking is free and easy to find on the street in front of our home. Or just jump on a bus right down the street ,which takes you right to Pike's Market.

Cozy private backyard cottage directly across the street from Green Lake. It's a separate structure from the main house. Small kitchen, full bathroom, and a separate gated/fenced-in area for your small dog. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, PCC organic food, and more. You can also walk or run the lake (2.8 miles around), rent kayaks or paddle boards, or just play in the water. Close to UW and only a few minutes from downtown.
