High Level Living: Sweeping Views of Cape Town

Gaze across Cape Town towards the ocean from the deck of this minimalism-inspired penthouse. With a spacious open-plan living area accented with soft greys and tasteful pops of colour, it's a superb place to have an evening BBQ and listen to music. This spacious, bright and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located and provides guests with the essence of Cape Town living! Generous living space opens out onto a large deck with breathtaking views of Robben Island, the famous Green Point Stadium, Green Point Park and Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is close to many of the City's attractions as well as having restaurants, shops and deli's in walking distance. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - Please feel free to ask you host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area 2 minutes away. Green Point is a vibrant neighborhood that offers a wide variety of coffee shops, delicious cuisine, local pubs, and trendy bars. Many of Cape Town's attractions are nearby and there is an abundance of national parks and beaches to explore. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCity Bus service 10 metres from the apartment (30 second walk). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should we wish to rent a vehicle, there is plenty of on-street parking around the building.

Simplicity and Comfort in a Beautiful Old Building

Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)

This apartment lies in Cape Town’s upscale Harbour District. Back-up battery to keep wifi and tv on during power cuts. Kylemore A has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Large bedrooms with ample cupboard space. Main bedroom opens up onto the balcony which overlooks the Marina. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher inside the apartment. Guests will have the entire apartment for exclusive use I welcome all guests to the apartment and share my local tips of Cape Town and surrounds. I live only 3km's away for any emergencies and guests are always welcome to text or phone me with any questions during their stay. The building is an easy stroll to the V&A Waterfront shopping complex with loads of great restaurants. It’s a sort drive to the Sea Point promenade and popular Bree, Loop, Long, and Kloof streets with their boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Marina residential estate is a very exclusive and secure complex.

The property is close to restaurants and shops, while the CBD and the renowned V&A Waterfront are both only 2 kilometres away. Free parking in the street is available. Uber is inexpensive and a great way of getting around Cape Town.

It is a large open plan studio that is light and airy. The apt is in Green Point in a quiet side street, off the main road. It is a trendy neighbourhood, close to good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a supermarket and public transport all within a 2 minute walking distance from the apt. It is close to De Waterkant and the V&A Waterfront. Guests will have access to the whole apartment as well as a secure parking bay. The building has a reception with24 Hr security.
