Don't have a boat? No problem, Beaver Creek and Conley Bottom marinas are close by. House features modern amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the fireplace indoors or the firepit outdoors. Forest views and fresh air galore await you, especially from the hot tub! Absolutely no smoking inside or out.

You have the option of reserving (on the lower basement floor) 1 bedroom (up to 2 ppl per room) or 2 bedrooms (add $39 for second room, payable on arrival) We are about 5 minutes from all of Campbellsville’s terrific amenities. This includes a den/kitchen combo, large bath and laundry room. A semi-private entrance to a modern, yet cozy area. While we still invite short term stays, we have switched our focus to long-term stays for business and traveling nurses. We accommodate boats and pickups.

Beautiful home located minutes from Green River Lake State Park, Green River Marina and Campbellsville University. Home was recently remodeled. Well appointed with all new furnishings. It’s a wonderful retreat to the lake. We are also 30-40 minutes from Makers Mark Distillery, Limestone Distillery and Good Buddies Brewing. Wi-Fi is available. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. We do not allow pets. If you have a qualified service dog, please let us know in advance.

This house has one of the most amazing views! Looking right over Jamestown and State Dock Marinas, you have a perfect morning view for coffee and can overhear the marina festivities over cocktails in the evening! Only about 7 minutes (2.6 miles) to Jamestown Marina! The most loved part of our home is the back porch and the view. We always say we bought it for the view and you will know why!!
