My studio is close to parks, art and culture, shopping, restaurants and dining, great views, hiking at Glen Helen Nature Preserve, and the bike path. You’ll love this new space with modern styling, fun furniture, and lots of space. It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. It was built as a maker's studio, so it's great for small retreats for sewers, knitters, and scrapbookers, as well. It is not suitable for those with difficulty climbing stairs.

Come escape to our completely remodeled cottage by our pond! DIRECT ACCESS TO OUR NATION'S LARGEST NETWORK OF PAVED TRAILS! Bike available to borrow. Boat available for a moonlit cruise. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.

Tucked upstairs in this century old home is a peaceful 2 bedroom apartment to relax, unwind and enjoy a bit of get away . Your apartment will have a private entrance and on street parking. You are welcome to enjoy the firepit and outside eating on the shared deck. Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. We hope that your stay will refresh and revive you!

Our airbnb is near downtown Yellow Springs. Quiet Space in rear unit of duplex with a nice yard and trees. 650 square feet dedicated to customers. Walking distance to downtown, Antioch college, bike path and Glenn Helen reserve. Fully remodeled bath with heated marble floors. Newly renovated kitchen - vintage looking stove and new quartz counter. The house stylishly decorated with Pier One style and bicycle theme. Comfortable platform bed. K cups and basic kitchen essentials supplied.

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 60 Acres of a private wetland, pond, and fields you can fully enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. For groups larger than 10 people; Tent camping in the yard below the porch is available upon request.

This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.
