The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN YS, this historic home built in 1866 houses two airbnb units. The Village Vista accommodates five guests & is a light filled 800 sq foot second floor unit with two bdrms, each with a queen bed & ac window unit. The second bdrm has a twin bed as well. We invite you to spend a quiet, restful evening in our updated studio apartment, situated in the heart of Ohio's commercial agriculture. The studio has easy access to Cedarville, Springfield, London and the Ohio Erie bike path. Needing a place to lay your head or unwind from the busyness of life? We welcome you to the sights, sounds, smells, and rhythms of rural country living where you can enjoy the night sky, and peaceful songbirds. Pets are welcome with an enclosed backyard.

The Sapphire

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.
