The villa worthy of preservation is from the colonial era and is located on Teleøen with a fantastic view of Paaraarsuk, the sea and the town's landmark Nasaasaaq / Kællingehætten. The villa is located on the mountain a few meters from the water and is on two floors. For the villa there is an enclosed garden for free use. Der er vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Der er mulighed for at blive hentet direkte i lufthavnen eller hvis i kommer med skib!

Dejligt hus tæt til alt.

Dejligt fint indrettet hus, tæt ved centrum i rolige omgivelser. Fin udsigt til havet, og havnen. Om sommeren kan man se hvaler fra stuen. Ved 5 minutters gang kan man komme ud til langrendsløjpen eller vandreruter på naturen.

Min bolig ligger tæt på tæt isfjorden. Udsigt fra fælles terrasse.. Min bolig er god til par og soloeventyrere.
