This floor is the lower floor of an owner occupied duplex in the landmark district of Greenpoint Brooklyn. You’ll enjoy the exclusive use of a fully private garden-level floor - complete with its own entrance, full kitchen, bathroom. Only the garden is shared between the guest and owner and our super chilled rescue pooch Daniela. The host will be on premises during your stay on the upper level of the duplex. Because it is a duplex with two entrances, the guests will have total privacy.

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
