The cottage is the perfect resting spot for travelers. While staying here you can enjoy nature, farms, vinyards, beaches, golfing, and local attractions. We are conveniently located between the North and South Forks of Long Island. We are in walking distance to the Hampton's Jitney. A 2 min drive to the LIE. And just a 40 min drive to the Orient Pt Ferry. We are 30 mins to The Hamptons, and 5 mins to the LIRR. Most importantly we can assure your stay with us will be, peaceful and comfortable.

This beautiful space is self contained and private, with its own entrance way and deck. It shares its driveway with separate airbnb units, see Mystic Apt. #1 and #3. Perfect for those wishing to travel alone or with friends. It is light, bright and has a beachy feel. You can sit outside by its tabletop fire pit, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. You can come and go as you please. Its approx 2 miles from downtown Mystic and close enough to hear a seagull and light house horn.

Private hiking trails, fresh eggs, produce from garden, beach gear, Keurig, mini fridge, homemade granola, tea. Fresh eggs, seasonal veg from the garden, and meals (inquire!)

Walk out your front door and enjoy quintessential coastal New England. This family friendly apartment is on a quiet street and a 4 minute walk from all the main attractions. Grab a coffee at the renown Sift bakery and watch the boats navigate the historic Bascule Drawbridge. Meander along the placid Mystic River with breathtaking views of the Seaport and the Charles Morgan. The perfect spot to enjoy Mystic. There is another unit on the first floor. Yard is a shared space.

Page Guest House

Updated, private detached guest house in the center of Guilford's historic district just steps from the town center. The guest house is completely renovated. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.
